Potato Gnocchi
Ingredients
Gnocchi:
5 Gwillimdale Farms white potatoes
1 cup - 2 cups AP flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
Mushroom Sauce:
1 pack of button or cremini mushroom, cleaned and sliced into wedges
1 pack of enoki mushroom, cleaned
1 stick of salted butter
1/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of of chives, chopped
3 tablespoons of olive oil (used for sauteing the mushrooms)
