BBQ Parsnips
Ingredients
Parmesan Black Pepper Pastry:
1lb bag of Gwillimdale Farms parsnips
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of paprika
Directions
1. Warm up the BBQ to 425 degrees. Wash the parsnips and dry them off.
2. Cut he parsnips into long strips and add them to the bowl.
3. Add in the olive oil, Italian seasoning and paprika. Toss until the parsnips are
evenly coated.
4. Transfer the parsnips into the tray and put on the bbq for 20 minutes. Stir
half way through to avoid burning.
5. Remove from BBQ and serve immediately
