pool, unless otherwise noted.

Water Discovery
AGES 6–36 MONTHS
Parents accompany children in the water, the class
introduces infants and toddlers to the aquatic
environment and encourages them to enjoy
themselves while learning about the water.

AGES 3-6
FALL SESSION: AUGUST 26- OCTOBER 19
Water Acclimation
(Stage 1) Increases comfort with underwater
exploration and introduces basic self-rescue skills
performed with assistance.

Water Exploration
AGES 18–36 MONTHS
Focuses on exploring body positions, blowing
bubbles, and fundamental safety and aquatic skills
for infants and toddlers who have already completed
our Parent/Child Water Discovery class.
REMINDER:
Children can be evaluated prior to
registering for swim lessons.
Students grouped by development
rather than age.
Goggles are not recommended
for Beginner. Part of learning to
acclimate to the water is being
comfortable with water in the face
and eyes.
Water Movement
(Stage 2) Encourages forward and backward
movement in water and basic self-rescue skills
performed independently.
