The HCA is open to offering students the
opportunity to take a parallel class virtually
from the comfort of their home. Please

DANCE
ADULT CONTEMPORARY DANCE
ADULT BALLET
If you are looking to pick up ballet again, want to try ballet
classes for the first time, or you’ve looking for a new way to
approach health and wellness, this is a perfect class. The
faculty does a wonderful job helping each student get the
best class they can in order to improve strength and flexibility. We can help you adapt movements as needed (and
push you to the next level when you’re ready!). Adult ballet

Unwind and have fun as you build strength and flexibility through the fluid movement of contemporary dance.
Students learn the basics of lateral bends, contractions
and expansions, swings, and more. All students are
welcome as adaptations are easily made to fit individual levels. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

ADULT BROADWAY JAZZ & HIP HOP
Set to popular music of today, students in this adult
Broadway Jazz and Hip Hop class will do a warm up
inspired by classic broadway styles. Isolations, laterals, stretches, and across the floor progressions are all
introduced. Center work, across the floor progressions,
and choreographed combinations will also introduce
movements based on hip hop style. The movements
and music of each class will leave students feeling
happy and energized. Instructor Jessica Wilson
