GENDER DIVISION
In general we have seen no changes in the composition of neither our mangerial team nor board members
through the years. We are very much aware that this calls for an evaluation of our ability to attract women
to leadership positions, which we will be doing in cooporation with our executitve search partner, Sensu.

Our industry is characterized by being very
male-dominated. However, we find that a diverse
group performs better in terms of both general
performance indicators, but also culture, why our
current gender composition leaves room for improvement, as the distribution is as follows:
