Support throughout the entire duration of their chosen
program.

ID9® Coach
• Coaching is a blend of 1:1, 2:1 and small group coaching,
as well as whole group tutorial sessions.
• Every ID9® program leads to a tangible output. Not only
do you achieve a level of ID9® professional certification, as
you progress through an ID9® program, ‘Bridging Tasks’
provide the opportunity to integrate your learning into real
life. You will try out all of the ID9® tools and techniques
provided with the full support of your ID9® Trainer and
Personal Coach.
• Each ID9® program incorporates you working on your
own real-life business project or training course while
participating. This approach provides the best possible
practical experience of using ID9® for the first time. You can
take away your own example of excellence and boost your
confidence to use ID9® independently.
