Endodontic Rotary Instrument System
Built-In Safety Factor
When extreme force and torque are exerted onto the instrument,
it is designed to separate at the handle instead of at the tip, greatly
reducing the risk of irretrievable separation.
Length Markings for Easy Reference
Unparalleled Flexibility
The LSX Nickel Titanium shaft demonstrates supreme flexibility and
ultimate resiliency, allowing you to navigate even the most difficult
curves without ledging or zipping.
Easy-to-Read Size Markings
Advanced Dentistry
Clearly marked length rings at 19, 22, 24 and 25 mm enable you to
save time and ditch the rubber stops.
Each instrument is boldly marked with its ISO size and colour.
Unique “Spade Blade” Technology
The coin-stamping process that creates the LSX spade blade greatly
reduces the imperfections that result from the grinding technology of
tapered instruments. The two blades on the opposite ends of an LSX
instrument’s tip cut more cautiously and efficiently, while providing
unparalleled tactile feedback.
LightSpeed CRX
LightSpeed® CRX™ are coronal shaping NiTi rotary instruments. CRX
instruments have a 0.20 taper that creates a shape like that of a #3 Gates
Glidden drill, reducing the number of instruments needed for the coronal
preparation.
LightSpeed LSX
LightSpeed instruments feature considerably shortened working lengths of
between just 0.25 to 1.75 mm, depending on the size of the instrument. The
existing range covers sizes from 20-160. This enables optimal preparation of
the root canal at the apex. The constant optimal speed is from 750 to 2500
rpm which is considerably higher than all other rotating NiTi instruments.
SimpliFill consists of ISO sized gutta-percha tips approximately 4 mm long,
mounted on a carrier. Following a try-in, the appropriate gutta-percha tip is
inserted slowly into the canal without rotating. After apical placement, it is
separated from the carrier by four full twists in an anti-clockwise direction. This
allows for fast and safe sealing of the apical canal section in an easy manner.
Parallel preparation of the apical third is a prerequisite.
