Pastor Craig Anderson has been a National Executive Member for 22 years. He is the Senior Pastor
of Infinity Church in Victoria and is on the leadership team for Network75. Craig started as a Youth
Pastor at what is now Citipointe Church in 1980, and since his ordination in INC in 1985, served
in that church until 1994 in various roles. He then planted a church in Melbourne, where he has
been a Senior Pastor for 27 years. Craig served as Secretary for the National Executive from 2005
to 2011, was VIC State Chairman from 1999 to 2017, and was a member of the CHC board from its
inception until 1994. Craig holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), Masters in Ministry Leadership,
Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training and is an accredited NMAS Mediator. He has also
been a Victoria Police Chaplain (2005 to present) and served on the board of Destiny Rescue from
2005 to 2015.
Pastor Phil Campbell has been a National Executive Member for 13 years. He is the Senior Pastor
of Faith Family Church in four locations across NSW, and a Network Coach for Network200. Phil was
ordained with INC in 2005, and during this time has served as the Regional Pastor for the Mid North
Coast for four years, NSW State Chairman for nine years and served on the State Executive for two
years. Along with his extensive ministry and pastoral leadership experience, Phil holds a Master
of Business Administration from QUT and is currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Early
Education through Harvard.
Pastor Mark Ramsey has been a National Executive Member for over 20 years. He is currently the
Senior Pastor of Citipointe Church which has multiple locations across QLD, NZ, Europe and the USA.
He is also the NetworkPlus Leader. Through this role, he provides guidance and support for pastors
with the largest attendance size in our Movement. Mark was ordained in INC in 1987. During this
time, he has been the National Chairman in the USA, Chair of the Operations Board for 15 years,
and part of the INC Global Oversight. He is currently on the Oversight of churches, including Majestic
Church, New Zealand, Victory Church and The Rock Church, USA. Mark brings valuable ministry
and leadership experience, and business and entrepreneurial experience gained through property
development and real estate investment. Mark is passionate about the influence of the local church
in the world – equipping leaders and investing in the next generation.
Pastor Rebecca Connett joined the National Executive in 2020. She was part of the pioneering Red
Frogs team on the Gold Coast in 1997 and Sunshine Coast in 2000. With her husband Dave, Rebecca
served as Youth and Young Adults Pastor at Suncoast Church from 2000 to 2008. Together, they
now serve as Senior Pastors of Goodlife Church in NSW. Rebecca is the Dean of Goodlife Leadership
College, training leaders in ministry and theology. She has a Bachelor of Science (Physiology and
Pharmacology), Diploma of Ministry, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Pastor Jonathan Gullo has been a member of the National Executive since 2020. He brings experience
working within various educational institutions, community organisations, and within the arts and
pop culture. Jonathan has been the Lead Pastor of Suncoast Church on the Sunshine Coast for seven
years and leads Impact Church in Canberra. He is a lifelong member of INC, and was a Youth and
Young Adults Pastor for 10 years before taking on his current role. He also worked in schools in both
Australia and the UK. Jonathan has a degree in Sociology and a theological diploma. Jonathan also
oversees Suncoast Christian College, a P-12 school, and Suncoast Care, which houses a low-cost
supermarket, soup kitchen, and various support ministries for the local community. He also serves on
several boards for different ministry organisations.
