“It’s quite exciting as you never
know what a call is going to be
about. It could be minor. It could
be life or death. In reality we are
able to solve a large number of
requests during the first call
without having to hand them
on. You have to be able to
multi-task, listening to the caller
as well as updating the system
and thinking through the next
steps. Most clients speak
English but I quite like it when I
get the chance to use my
Spanish. It’s great to get to the
end of the day and know you’ve
really helped someone.”
