Sugar Free “Sweets” – Snipping sugar from your life doesn’t mean you must miss out on the occasion sweet
treat. In this class we discuss zero carb sugar alternatives and other natural alternatives to sweeten the “pie”.
WYW Dressings and Sauces– Commercially made sauce and dressings usually contain sugars, unhealthy fats
as well as preservatives, food dyes and other nasties. This class our chefs will demonstrate simple methods to
make better versions that contribute to your wellness.
Gluten Free Flours and Breads – Ditching the gluten often means you are subject to dry, hard and tasteless
breads and cakes. Our talented pastry team will teach you about gluten free flours and how to blend these
into a variety of mixes for everyday use.
Botanical Teas and Infusions – Nature has provided us with bountiful natural “medicine” through plants. Our
Spa team will teach you about commonly available flowers and herbs, their benefits, and how they can be
brewed with your wellbeing in mind.
