Pipe Organ
In 1925, the Pilcher Organ Company installed a 13-rank instrument. At 61
pipes per rank, that was 793 pipes made of metal and wood. These were
exposed to the Chancel and Nave and were visible to the congregation. In
1951, these pipes were relocated to the new pipe organ loft behind the choir
loft. Then in the early 1970s, 32 ranks (1,952 pipes) were added by Carl
Bassett, owner of the Skinner Organ Company.
