Mythical Baking Night
Join us for the Little Chefs of Leawood
cooking class. In this class, we will be baking and
cooking! We will learn to measure, mix, and make
Fairy smoothies, Dragon cookies, Mermaid rice
Krispie treats, and more! This class will teach culinary
skills and let students' creativity flow with designs.
Each child will get to try the cookies they made at the
end of class. Aprons provided. Vegan options can be
arranged for all recipes. Please have long hair pulled
back and each student should bring a water bottle.
Please let us know of food allergies. No nuts are ever
used in our cooking classes. We are not a "gluten-free
certified class" meaning that cross-contamination of
gluten can happen.

Passport to German Cooking
Join us for Little Chefs of Leawood Passport to German Cooking. Our Little Chefs will be
making Ein Topf (Stew), Spaetzle (pasta - made from
scratch), and Schwarzwalder Kirschtorte (Black Forest
Cake). Aprons provided. Vegan options can be arranged
for all recipes. Please have long hair pulled back and each
student should bring a water bottle. Please let us know
of food allergies. No nuts are ever used in our cooking
classes. Students will get to eat everything they make.
We are not a "gluten-free certified class" meaning that
cross-contamination of gluten can happen.

Passport to Australian
Cooking
Join us for Little Chefs of Leawood - Passport to
Australian Cooking. Come and Explore the world of
Australian Cuisine! We will be making Meat Pies, Anzac
Biscuits (Anzac Biscuits were created by soldiers' wives
and were sent to the front lines to bring a bit of home
to those at war), fairy bread, and Cherry Ripe Slice (a
cherry and coconut confection). We will eat toward the
end of the class. Aprons provided. Vegan options can be
arranged for all recipes. Please have long hair pulled back
and each student should bring a water bottle. Please let
us know of food allergies. No nuts are ever used in our
cooking classes. Students will get to eat one piece of each
item they make, and the rest they will have to bring home.

cross-contamination of gluten can happen.
• July 13
Passport to Italy
Join us for the Little Chefs of Leawood Passport to Italy cooking class. Come and learn how to
make pizza from scratch, gnocchi, homemade alfredo
sauce, and more! Students will learn how to measure,
portion, and prepare each dish. Aprons provided.
Vegan options can be arranged for all recipes. Please
have long hair pulled back and each student should
bring a water bottle. Please let us know of food allergies.
