Our district’s academic programs provide opportunities for all students to reach their full potential.
PROGRAM OF STUDIES
Mentor High School offers more than 240 courses for students and each
of our middle schools has more than 50 courses available for students.
Elementary school curriculum is focused on the core subjects of English
Language Arts (ELA), math, science, and social studies. Elementary
students are also assigned to take four related arts classes (art, physical

The Mentor High School Class of 2021 performed very well
Nine dual credit courses are offered to MHS students in conjunction
with 78 students earning AP Scholar Awards! (Several
with Lakeland Community College, including: Math (4), English (2),
achieved more than one level of distinction.)
Effective Interpersonal Communication, Intro to Humanities, and Intro

All of our students in grades Kindergarten through grade 12 are issued a

learning approach to academics. Mentor Schools provides a balanced
education for students by focusing on high quality instruction that meets
the needs of today’s diverse learners. Our teachers work hard to create
classroom environments that foster collaboration and critical thinking
skills to set our students up for success!
