NYSIF intends to procure Hammer IVR/SIP Monitoring Maintenance and
Licensing, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State
Finance Law §163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York
State small businesses certified as Minority or Women Owned Businesses
pursuant to Article 15-A or small businesses certified as Service-Disabled
Veteran Owned Businesses pursuant to Article 3 of the New York State Veterans’ Services Law. The value of the resulting contract from this procurement will not exceed $500,000.
