CARAMEL SMOOTHIE
makes two serves
2 cups plant mylk
2 frozen bananas
4 medjool dates
2 Tbsp nut butter
2 tsp coconut oil
1.5 tsp cordyceps extract
pinch of Himalayan sea salt
pinch of vanilla powder (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a high speed
blender and serve
