HEMP CORDYCEPS BARS
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients
100g coconut oil
125g chickpea flower (or almond meal)
1/2 tsp cardamon or cinnamon
2 tsp cordyceps extract
1/2 cup hemp seeds
4 tbsp rice bran syrup
METHOD
Melt the coconut
Add the flour and the cordyceps and spices
Cook over a low heat while stirring for about 10 minutes
Add in the rice bran syrup and hemp seeds
Cook for another 5 minutes
Turn out onto some baking paper and press down until
its about 1cm flat
Refrigerate to "set" then take out of the fridge and cut
into bars
