TURKEY TAIL
KALE CHIPS
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of kale
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turkey tail extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
Separate leaves from stalks and wash and dry
leaves. Mix together the oil with the other
ingredients and then pour over kale and
massage into the leaves. Place on a large
baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until
crunchy!
