Architectural Design
The existing 13 fourplexes will be replaced with a 5 three-story apartment community, a
one single-story building to house the manager’s office, and a maintenance shop. A Tot
Lot Park will also be provided in this project. A total of 99 units will be constructed in
three successive phases.
