Environmental Review
The proposed project has been prepared after a year of collaboration with the City Planning and engineering departments, and upon preparation of geotechnical studies, civil
engineering analysis, and architectural design. As a result, a Planning application has
been submitted to the City for approval. The City’s initial response has been very positive,
and the staff is prepared to commence the process for the approval of this project.
