Camran Nojoomi’s private development portfolio includes projects such as subdivisions, mixed
use multifamily projects, hotels, retail centers and restaurants. He constructed a subdivision of
56 homes, in Suisun City, of which 43 homes were affordable.
In addition, he constructed a 10-unit apartment complex within a subdivision of 29 single
family homes and mixed-use dwellings in Suisun City named Gray Hawk.
Most recently, he built The Lawler mixed-use apartments, a 75-unit full-service apartment
project with two adjacent restaurants in Suisun City.
Property Management
Camran Nojoomi has 43 years of experience in development and management. He has 19
years of management experience in the public sector with positions ranging from
Economic development and redevelopment director to City Manager. During 22 years in the
private sector, he managed growing employment size of 450 employees. He is currently managing his 75-unit apartment project, The Lawler, in the City of Suisun City.
However, to manage the reconstructed Almond Gardens, he will employ the assistance of a
professional non-profit affordable housing company with full expertise to mange this project in
accordance with all the requirements of the Housing Authority and HUD regulations.
