Presented to a Christian broadcaster or associated professional for outstanding
& long-term contributions to the growth of Christian Music Radio.
Allen Henderson
Network GM, His Radio
Allen Henderson started his career in radio in 1972 at KYMO in southeast Missouri.
After graduating from college in 1979 in Springfield, MO, Allen moved to Greenville,
SC, in 1983 to accept a position with WLFJ/His Radio, where he has worked for 37
years—30 of those years as Network General Manager. In addition to his networkwide administrative duties, he programs the His Radio Praise channel. During
Henderson’s time as General Manager, the His Radio Network has grown from one
station in Greenville, SC, to twenty full-power stations and forty translators across
the Carolinas and Georgia. For twelve years, Henderson helped shape future
generations of broadcasters as an adjunct instructor of media at North Greenville
University. He has also given back to his community by serving on many local
boards and committees, including Habitat for Humanity, the St. Francis Hospital
System, and Southern Wesleyan University.
Todd Isberner
Founder/President Emeritus, ShareMedia
Todd Isberner, the Founder/President Emeritus of ShareMedia Services, a fundraising
consulting company devoted to improving and expanding the ministry of Christian
radio and the ministries that use it as an outreach tool, is a 44-year veteran of the
Christian music industry who has dedicated his life to telling others about Jesus.
Utilizing his media background, Isberner has personally helped train, coach and
host over 1,500 fundraising events since launching ShareMedia Services in 1976.
Because of this, many radio leaders and stations are now using his methods of
Christ-centered fundraising. His teams have taken their Christ-centered approach
to hundreds of radio stations, producing over 3,000 broadcast fundraisers and
raising over $1.5 billion for media and non-profit ministries domestically and abroad.
In 2015, ShareMedia was merged with Dunham+Company, a fundraising agency
based in Dallas, TX. Throughout his career, Isberner’s mission remained the same:
to help Christian radio and faith-based organizations expand their ministry to reach
more people for Jesus. Now retired from fundraising, he draws from his years of
experience in training, consulting and coaching, and invests his time mentoring men
along their journey of faith.
