Andrea Kleid
President, Boxer Poet
Andrea Kleid is a 20-year music industry veteran with a passion to help people grow.
She started her career working in Christian radio at WNLT/Cincinnati. She then moved
to WAY-FM in West Palm Beach, followed by The JOY FM in Tampa/Sarasota. In 2004,
Andrea moved to Nashville to begin her career path in radio promotion at what is now
Capital CMG. In 2008, she became the VP of Promotion at Word Label Group and
led one of the most successful and influential radio promotion teams in the Christian
music industry. Kleid developed a reputation for launching artists and growing their
careers using her signature brand of honesty, laser sharp insight and unstoppable
passion, but most importantly, by focusing on relationships. She employs the
Enneagram as a catalyst for growth for artists, industry, and radio teams. In 2017, Kleid
launched her own company, Boxer Poet, as a service to the music and radio industry,
and in 2019 she partnered with two colleagues to create Co-Lab Management,
representing I AM THEY and Blanca.
Jeff Moseley
Founder/President, Fair Trade Services
Jeff Moseley, a 39-year veteran of Christian music, owns Fair Trade Services, the largest
independent Christian/Gospel music company, currently home to artists such as
MercyMe, Newsboys, Phil Wickham, Anthony Brown, and Maranda Curtis. Moseley has
also led companies with artists such as Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant, and many others.
Cumulatively, Moseley’s artists have sold more than 150 million records and garnered
numerous accolades, including Number One albums and singles, and multiple Gold,
Platinum and Multi-Platinum certifications. An Oklahoma native, Moseley attended
Baylor University and served as president at Reunion Records, Benson Records, and
Star Song Records before starting Fair Trade Services (then INO Records) in 1999.
Moseley has also served as president of the Gospel Music Association, the Christian
Music Trade Association, and on the board of various philanthropic and educational
endeavors. He is also owner of Fair Trade Music Publishing, which has had numerous
Writers of the Year, and is an investor in faith-based films through his company,
Fair Trade Films.
Peter York
Chairman/CEO, Capitol Christian Music Group
Peter York has enjoyed a 50-year career in the music business, including 37 years
dedicated to developing Capitol’s Christian music artists and label properties.
He has devoted his considerable talents to the leadership of artists and the A&R
process, including signing and/or developing artists such as Steven Curtis Chapman,
TobyMac, Chris Tomlin, Switchfoot, Amy Grant, and Hillsong United, among many
others. York leads the Capitol Christian Music Group, consisting of the following
label imprints: Sparrow Records, ForeFront Records, sixstepsrecords, Hillsong Music,
Motown Gospel, Worship Together, and Capitol Christian Music Publishing. Under his
leadership, Capitol Christian Music Group has achieved incredible success, including
more than 120 Gold, Platinum and Double Platinum records, more than 30 Grammy
Awards, and nearly 200 Dove Awards. Capitol Christian Music Group is consistently
named Billboard and R&R Magazine’stop Contemporary Christian label of the year,
and is the market leader in the category. York has announced his retirement from
CCMG effective April 2020.
