BOARD OF JUDGES
MIGUEL CATACUTAN BRAGANZA II
Miguel is a musical theater actor, show-creator, director-choreographer and an international musical
teaching artist. He is a member of Actors' Equity and British Actors' Equity Associations. He appeared in
various Broadway and Off-Broadway shows including Miss Saigon in which he was offered the original
contract for the Broadway production. He toured intensively with Miss Saigon here in the United States,
Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and Portugal for 14 years. He is currently a member of Society of
Voice, Arts and Sciences (SOVAS) here in the United States. Miguel is the Founding President of the
"Street of Dreams Project for the Arts, Philippines" and currently developing the musical theater program
of China thru Yucaifang Culture Communications Co., Ltd.
He is an outstanding Sillimanian and Harvard University scholar for dance performance and choreography. Miguel recently received
the most prestigious Gawad Alab Ng Lahi (Individual) given by Hiraya Foundation and the Philippine Consulate General of New York.
FRANCISCO HILARIO M. LARDIZABAL
Francisco completed his B.S. Tourism degree from UP Diliman Asian Institute of Tourism and his MBA
from De La Salle University. He rose from the ranks at the Department of Tourism where he started as
Clerk III in 1989 and eventually became Chief Tourism Operations Officer at the Bureau of Domestic
Tourism Promotions in 1998. He was later assigned as group head of Team Middle East and head of the
Strategic Development Technical Unit where he was tasked to do market research and planning and
promotional activities for new markets such as Israel, Turkey, and Iran. Francisco also served as part-time
lecturer for students of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Management in different colleges and
universities in Metro Manila during Saturdays between 2002 to 2016. Francisco is a member of DOT’s
pool of Foreign Tourism Officers and was conferred his Career Executive Service Eligibility (CESE) in 2017. He assumed his first
overseas post as Tourism Attaché for Philippine Department of Tourism – New York on August 1, 2019.
ROLY POSTADAN
Roly started with the Philippine Dance Company of New York (PDC) as a dancer in 1979 and later
became the dance master of the company in the early 1980s. He studied Philippine cultural dance under
the direction of Rebecca Stepa, Reynaldo Alejandro, Orleen Eijansantos and Chito Grajo of Bayanihan
Philippines Dance Company. He has performed in many different venues such as the Alice Tully Hall in
Lincoln Center, International House, Francis Gould Theater, Augusta in the Arts, Augusta Georgia,
Havana Cuba in 2004 and Indiana Convention Center. Roly continues to choreograph and promote
Philippine cultural dances with The Philippine Independence Day Council Inc.
