strongly in distributed leadership - leadership
that exists anywhere and everywhere
throughout the organisation. As part of
conversations about leadership, our people
have been reflecting on the construct of
personal power, the impact of language, how
to activate your values as an operational
framework, and the difference between
responsibility and accountability. We’re also
enabling and empowering our people to be a
network of voices, cascading communications
to ensure important messages are received
and understood, given the diversity of our
services and our teams, and the highly
contextual nature of the work we do.
