However, leadership is just as much about
constant reflection on the big questions: why
do we exist as an organisation? What is our
purpose? How do we realise that purpose
in our daily operations? How do we evolve
what we do to suit the changing needs of our
customers and society?
The future is bright, and there are so many
opportunities to challenge the status quo: to
expand definitions and elevate expectations
to ultimately drive important social change.
Language, values and empowering our
leaders to truly lead will be the cornerstones.
