In Exploring Computer Science (ECS), students will engage with computer science
as a medium of creativity, communication, problem-solving, and fun. The course
will include: web design, e-textiles, robots, and game design with block programming.

The AP Computer Science Principles (AP CSP) course introduces students to the
foundational concepts of computer science and challenges them to explore
how computing and technology impact the world. There is a unique focus on
creative problem solving and real-world applications, such as using computational tools to analyze and study data and work with large data sets to analyze,
visualize, and draw conclusions from trends. The course is unique in its focus on
fostering student creativity. Students are encouraged to apply creative processes when developing computational artifacts and to think creatively while using
computer software and other technology to explore questions that interest them.
