A first class conditional pardon applied 'in all
parts of the world except Europe and the Islands
adjacent thereto'.

Register of second class conditional
pardons, 16 Mar–20 Jul 1846
NRS 1176
During the term of their original sentence the
holder of a second class conditional pardon was
to remain 'wholly within the whole of Her
Majesty's Australian Colonies and New Zealand,
but not elsewhere' otherwise the pardon would
become void. They concern imperial convictions.
