TEACHER'S REPORT upon
PUPIL-TEACHER, employed in theSchool at
IT is expected that the Teacher will furnish
a careful and impartial report under the following headings;
that he will state everything within his knowledge calculated to influence the Minister in estimating the
value of the Pupil-Teacher concerned; and that he will express his views in clear and precise language.
He should return this report, when properly filled up, to the District Inspector, unless otherwise instructed
by the Secretary, without unnecessary delay. Care should be taken not to write on the binding margin.

HEALTH.—It should here be stated whether the Pupil-Teacher suffers from any physical infirmity
likely to interfere with the discharge of duty, and whether any symptoms of failure in health have
been remarked since appointment. It should also be specified if leave of absence has been
obtained, and on what plea, as well as for how long.
