GREETING WHEREAS DAME NELLIE MELBA otherwise HELENPORTER
ARMSTRONG late of Coombe Cottage Coldstream aforesaid Grand
Dame of the Most Distinguished Order of the British Empire
deceased (hereinafter called lithe Testatrix") duly made her
last Will bearing date the fifth day of November One thousand
nine hundred and twenty-eight and thereby appointed the
Trustees to be executors thereof AND WHEREAS the Testatrix
died on the twenty-third day of February One thousand nine
hundred and thirty-one without having altered or revoked her
said Will and. Probate thereof was on the twelfth day of May
One thousand nine hundred and thirty-one granted by the
Supreme Court of the said State in its Probate Jurisdiction
to the Trustees AND WHEREAS the Testatrix was at the time of
her death domiciled in the said State AND WHEREAS the Testatrix was at the said time possessed of or entitled to certain property forming portion of the estate of the Testatrix
which property is situated in the State of New South Wales
and the Trustees are desirous of appointing an attorney in
the said State of New South Wales for the purposes and with
the powers hereinafter expressed NOW
