Street. We ran through the kitchen into the

which leads from the front door into the dini

Before
I went in I saw a man I believe to be Ryan thro
ugh the window.
I then called out n01)en the door Ryan we have
a warrant for
your arrest". He did not open the door.
We then forced
the door.
I said "Put vp your hands !Van", and I covered

He had no revolver in his hand.
