statement I made to Mr. Macoun acout an hour and a half after
the robbery.
The facts were then all fresil in ray memory.
It does not say an,ythin6 in that statement that T17166 lowered
the box convenlentl,y for the otherliman to take it.
I said
uThe second Joseph Twiss took my box and was placing it on
his shoulder, when a masked and armed man came up and
demanaed the box from TW1ES, at the same time covering him
with his revolver". That ib all I said about Twiss at that

On the 10th June 1 saw accused Twiss at the Rearern Police
