acouitted on a charge of assaultingone Patrick. Lynch
and robbing rim of a gold watch and chair.
n the 20th November 1905, at tne Central CriMinal
Court. they 1%ere tried for perjury in connection with •
the aoove case and 'acquittea.
Mn April, 1913 at Court of Crimial Appeal in case

Taomas LAchel the accused made an affidavit - Col4

On the 13th August, 1913, at Sydney (Quarter :Jessicrs
the accused gave evidence for the defence in case Rex v
Jereirliah Lriscoll-Breaking and entering,and in answer
to the Crom, n Prosecutor she stated that she had never
been convicted for keeping- a brothel whereas she was

the Central Police Court or 1st December, 19].3. and
