Words of Pope Francis
All Sit
A healthy relationship with creation is one dimension of overall conversion,
which entails the recognition of our errors, sins, faults and failures, and
leads to heartfelt repentance and desire for change… “To achieve such
reconciliation, we must examine our lives and acknowledge the ways in
which we have harmed God’s creation through our actions and our failure
to act. We need to experience a conversion, or change of heart.”
(Pope Francis, Laudato Sì, 218)

All Stand
Leader:
All:
I will walk in your presence, O Lord,
for your ways are truth.
LHS:
My soul † proclaims the greatness of the Lord,
my spirit rejoices in God my Saviour,
for you, Lord, have looked with favour
on your lowly servant.
RHS:
From this day all generations will call me blessed;
you, the Almighty, have done great things for me
and holy is your name.
You have mercy on those who fear you,
from generation to generation.
LHS:
You have shown strength with your arm
and scattered the proud in their conceit,
casting down the mighty from their thrones
and lifting up the lowly.
You have filled the hungry with good things
and sent the rich away empty.
