Volunteers
No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted
Some things cannot be done without our volunteers, we greatly appreciate what you do
in either supporting us, taking part in clinical trials or simply raising awareness.
This year we would like to give a special mention to someone who has supported the Foundation
over many years and in so many ways so much so that he has almost become part of the
furniture, Dave Malone.
Dave is always there supplying prizes for raffles then buying tickets to try and win them back but
this is only part of the things he does. Dave constantly helps out at the Foundation in his own time
he will often give up a lunch time to give us a hand in fixing a problem or a bit of handy work over
the years and if he can9t do it and there isn9t much he can9t do he will find a person who can.
So, Dave we would like to take this opportunity to thankyou for all you do it is not taken for granted,
we wouldn9t know what to do without you.
Come & Join Our Social Group
This is a group for anyone who suffers from chronic pain, you can come and have a chat and
socialise with others who too have chronic pain. The group is a light- hearted group where you
can come and have a chat and relax , listen to guest speakers take part in social activities if
you like and hopefully forget about your pain whilst you are here.
Meetings can be attended in person or in this new digital world, you can also join online
via zoom.
If you are interested in attending, please email Jo
