We can compare an acidic body with a dirty aquarium. If the oxygen disappears, the plants rot, the water turns acidic, and the fish become ill, we don’t
just medicate the fish and put them back in the same acidic water. No way.
Instead, we clean the aquarium and refill it with fresh water and new plants,
making it alkaline, so the fish can get back to top health.
Same thing with your body. About 75 percent of it consists of water, and
your cells are like fish in your inner aquarium. If you were a fish, which

How you get started with alkaline
There are three main issues in Alkaline Living: Food, exercise and mind.
1. Food is important, because acid forming food taxes the body’s minerals,
especially from the bones, and accumulates acid in the tissues. Accumulated acid irritates and leads to inflammation, which later can lead
to lifestyle diseases.
2. Exercise is important, because movement stimulates the blood circulation and the body’s cleansing systems. You breathe in deeper and thus
exhale more acid when breathing out.
