breakfast burritos
There are three reasons why we love breakfast burritos. First, they’re so easy to
make. Second, they’re so easy to customize them to suit different tastes. Third,
they’re even easy to make ahead of time. Just wrap each one individually in foil and
refrigerate. This makes them one of the best foods to bring with you when you go
camping. Now, you don’t really need a recipe for breakfast burritos. Pretty much
anything counts as long as you have scrambled eggs wrapped in a tortilla, but here’s a
recipe that people will love.

2 cups frozen tater tots, cooked according to package directions
8 pieces breakfast sausage or bacon, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
8 large eggs, scrambled
8 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 avocado, sliced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves (if desired)
method of crafting
1. Warm up tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Put an equal amount of each
ingredient on top of each of the tortillas and then roll up, burrito-style and serve.
2. To reheat, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Wrap burritos in foil and place
on a baking sheet. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until heated all the way through and
cheese is melted.
