How would you describe the art scene
in Howard County?
What can visitors to your gallery expect
to experience?
Howard County has an active and vibrant
community of highly talented performing
and visual artists! We’re blessed to have the
support and backing of a substantial base
of individual art patrons, businesses, and
the local government.
From the moment they walk in the
front door of our beautiful historic space,
visitors are immersed in art. Our collection
includes original, uplifting, eclectic paintings,
sculpture, photography, glass, mosaics,
jewelry, ceramics, woodworking, and fiber
and wearable art.
What is your vision for your business?
The Gallery is my canvas. When I curate an
area, I strive to make each view a beautiful
blend of color, texture, and medium. Our
guests can enjoy browsing all of the art,
watch an artist demonstrate their technique,
or take an art class taught by one of the
Gallery’s artists. There is always something
new to explore. Come see it for yourself!
I created my business model around my
values. I work with more than 45 local artists
for my gallery who are not only exceptionally
talented but who are also humble, kind
souls. I openly support causes I believe in,
like embracing the LGBT+ community.
