For so many it has been such a difficult start to the new business
year as chaos and uncertainty continues to impact us in every
way possible. I have shed tears over the things I have seen over
the past weeks, and my thoughts are with all those who have
been hit so hard. It is difficult to comprehend the loss of lives,
homes, businesses and incomes in our communities. How do you
start again from ground zero? Unfortunately, it would seem that
learning to live with increased levels of worry, stress and anxiety
is a coping method now becoming a critical skill!
We all know that we need to plan, plan, plan for unpredictable
times; expect the unexpected we are told, but how do you rebuild
your lives when you have lost everything. Please, if you can,
donate to the Red Cross appeal below to help the recovery
efforts, it ill help so much.
In kicking off 2023 with Beauty Forum’s Autumn issue, I hope you
read something in these pages that will make a positive difference
to the way you think, feel or do business. Sometimes just a small
change can make a big difference.
