detailed training manuals, quizzes, practical
treatments, and/or demonstrations. This ensures
that therapists are competent to conduct
professional treatments immediately following their
training.
This format is designed for all beauty therapists,
regardless of their prior experience and learning.
We encourage all beauty therapists to regularly
refresh their product knowledge and we value the
knowledge and experience that they bring to our
training sessions.
Intensive Treatment - Secrets
Theory and practical session covering the Sothys
Secrets Excellence Treatment.
Retail and professional products and the full treatment
are covered in this session. Option to include the body
treatment also. Includes a theory and practical
assessment.

Product Knowledge 1 - Fundamentals &
Product Knowledge- Sothys Plus
An introduction to the Sothys brand and
products, ideal for all new starters of Sothys. A
thorough overview of all Fundamental and
Classic care products in the Sothys range.
Designed to improve understanding of skin
types and conditions, Sothys’ key formulations
and patented concepts explained including
Balancing Cares and Professional treatment
lines. Includes two practical sessions.
Completed online with two hours each morning
over five days, or alternatively as two full days
at our Christchurch training centre.
Digi Esthetique® - Face
This full day course covers the Digi Esthetique
relaxing massage and the specific moves for the
Intensive Treatments.
Sothys Digi Esthetique is a massage technique
incorporating an alchemy of Eastern and Western
philosophies. It is a combination of Digito-pressure,
lymphatic drainage and modelling massage.
This course is certified by practical assessment and
only held at our Christchurch training centre. Please
note, to attend this course you must have
completed the Intensive Treatment training
courses.
Cosmeceutique
Intensive Treatments
Theory and practical session covering one Sothys
Intensive Treatment. Three options available –
Hydrating IT, Detox Energie IT or Youth IT.
Retail and professional products and the full
treatment are covered in this session. Includes a
theory and practical assessment.
This course focuses on each Cosmeceutique line
for therapists who would like to incorporate the
Cosmeceutique professional and retail to their
offering. Thorough information is provided on the
theory, key ingredients, procedure and precautions
in recommending the red and blue lines and insalon peels. Demonstration of an express peel
treatment and theory assessment.
