A MESSAGE FROM THE PROVINCIAL
GRANDMASTER AND GRAND
SUPERINTENDENT:
MARK DOUGLAS ESTAUGH
It seems like yesterday when I was drafting
my remarks for inclusion in the Christmas
edition of West Kent News and, as if by
magic, we are almost at the end of the first
quarter of 2024. It certainly demonstrates
that time waits for no man, and the
progress we have made as a Province
since that time has been very encouraging.
This has proved to be one of the busiest
quarters since my appointment, with
meetings and official visits taking place on
an almost daily basis, and I have been
overwhelmed at the energy, enthusiasm
and unity of purpose with which our
brethren and companions are endowing
their meetings – at almost every one, we
are welcoming new members, including
joining and re-joining members, which is a
testament to the way our successful units
are
embracing
the
helpful
recommendations contained in UGLE’s
strategic roadmap and the Members
Pathway.
No doubt you will all be aware of the
concept of the UGLE
