PROVINCIAL GRAND MENTOR:
NEIL DALE
Firstly, I extend warm wishes for a
Merry Christmas to all the esteemed
members of our Province. As the
Provincial Grand Mentor, I hold a
responsibility that goes beyond mere
guidance; it's about fostering a
thriving lodge environment. While a
core part of my role involves
supporting and empowering Lodge
Mentors in their personal mentoring
endeavours, it extends further. I aim
to elevate our Lodges into vibrant,
engaging spaces far beyond the
handful of meetings we hold
annually.
The Members9 Pathway is an
invaluable toolkit designed explicitly
to empower Lodges, fostering their
growth and fortification for the times
ahead. For those who haven't
explored its offerings recently, I
strongly encourage revisiting the
website, particularly the newly
introduced interactive quick start
guide
available
at
Members'
Pathway Quick Start Guide.
I envision our Lodges as more than
meeting
places,
they
should
epitomise camaraderie, fun, and
inclusivity. They should beckon
members to actively participate, to
make it a destination not just for
ritual but for social connections.
Imagine it as a hub where members
enthusiastically invite their friends
and family to share in our fellowship
and, perhaps, even consider joining
our noble cause.
This
comprehensive
repository
serves as a centralised hub,
catering to the needs of mentors and
presenters alike. With an extensive
collection
comprising
over
70
presentations, demonstrations, and
quizzes, it equips individuals to
deliver
engaging
content
seamlessly, whether in Lodge,
Chapter, LOI sessions, or through
online platforms.
Together,
let's
cultivate
an
atmosphere that not only cherishes
tradition but also embraces the joy
of
shared
experiences.
Let's
transform
our
Lodges
into
welcoming havens where bonds are
strengthened,
memories
are
created, and where the spirit of
togetherness flourishes.
Additionally, I wish to highlight the
latest addition to our resources: the
Mentor9s Corner within Solomon.
Exploring Mentor’s Corner
on Solomon.
One gem within the
Mentor9s Corner that
resonates with
me is the selection
of snippets. These
bite-sized pieces
serve as ideal
tools during LOI
sessions or meetings,
especially when guiding newer
members through their Masonic
daily advancement. They offer an
accessible way to engage members,
encouraging
participation
and
further
exploration
of
Masonic
principles.
This wealth of resources enriches
our
Lodges
and
empowers
individuals to actively contribute to
the Masonic journey, fostering
continuous
growth
and
understanding among members.
Brethren, please remember the
membership team is here for you; if
any brother wishes get involved in
this work, please get in touch with
us.
