estate professionals. Please note the governing body in Queensland is the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).

assistance in relation to:
• tenancy laws information
• bond management
• dispute resolution
• investigations and prosecutions
• education services
IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT AGAINST A REAL ESTATE
PROFESSIONAL:
you should contact the Office of Fair Trading
if you have:
• a question about real estate licensing or registration
• a question about trust accounting
• a complaint about a real estate professional
