CLASS ORIENTATION AND
ENROLLMENT SESSIONS
Prepare for the Citizenship Exam. Requirements for US Citizenship include a
minimum of 5-year residency, ability to
read and write simple English, and
knowledge of US Government and traditions.
This class is designed to prepare English
Learner students for ESL college programs which are a gateway to vocational
classes (CTE) or academic programs.
This course will introduce college level
materials and expectations. Students
will receive an orientation to the college
as well as academic skills. English
language skills and technology skills
needed for successful transition and
participation in further training or higher
education.
