Corporate Social Responsibility
Tate recognises the importance of strengthening communities
and the environment.
We design and review our business plan to intentionally ensure that we have a positive impact
on the communities we work in and the world that we share.
All staff at Tate are given one
day of full-paid, annual leave,
to spend volunteering for
a community-based cause
of their choice.
As a result our people are
encouraged to make a very personal
and conscious decision about which
cause they want to give their time to.
We are also passionate about
reducing our carbon footprint.
We intentionally use as little
paper as we can in our daily
work. The money saved on
paper, stationery products
and printing is donated to
the Woodland Trust.
Modern Slavery
We train all staff on the impact of modern slavery including compulsory annual refresher training
sessions. Staff are informed on the six types of modern slavery and the seven warning signs
that a person may be the victim of modern slavery.
Recruitment Consultants are also trained to check for any discrepancies in candidates’ bank
details and home address information. Suspicions are reported to the Modern Slavery Helpline.
