Mitigation Efforts:
Mask wearing required
Installation of needlepoint bipolar ionization system
Frequent hand washing
Hand sanitizing stations installed in each room
Social distancing
Monitoring absenteeism that could signal COVID-19 cases
Limit visitors and volunteers in buildings
Limit student travel in hallways
No large assemblies
No field trips unless virtual
Strategy
Establish groups of students and minimize interactions between
those groups of students and adults
Work closely with Waukesha County Health Department (WCHD) to
monitor county, community, and school data and quickly respond
to changes in those metrics
Mitigate the spread of the virus through targeted changes to
facilities, school behaviors, large group gatherings, and pinch points
that would create the greatest risk of spread
Target our response to positive cases and close contacts in
partnership with WCDH with the intention of avoiding school or
district closures
Offer a virtual option as needed for students and families unable to
return
Apply the principles of improvement to continually review and
revise our plans
