Sir William Perkins's School Sixth Form Prospectus - Other - Page 10
Enabling our Sixth Form students to develop their leadership potential
is central to our philosophy at SWPS. Effective leaders communicate
well, motivate others, delegate responsibilities, listen to feedback, and
have the flexibility to solve problems. Universities and employers seek
candidates with these skills, so we resolutely encourage development in
this area for all students.
