The Executive team holds regular all-company meetings to provide
employees with updates and communicate ongoing strategies. The
Chairman and the Non-executive Directors are active in meeting
various teams throughout the firm. Employees also enjoy this
opportunity to interact with the Board.
We have a highly engaged, experienced and stable workforce,
with 49% of employees having been with the firm for five years or
more. Overall turnover in 2020 was 7% (2019: 6%). We focus
on keeping our most talented employees, and our retention of highperforming employees remains strong at 100% (2019: 99%).

Liontrust undertook its inaugural workforce engagement survey in
2019 and intends to conduct the second one by the end of 2021.
Liontrust carried out Pulse surveys during the year to monitor the
well-being of and feedback from our staff.
Workforce Advisory Committee
Liontrust’s Workforce Advisory Committee met regularly during the
year. The purpose of this Committee is to advise the Management
Committee and the Board on issues relating to the workforce,
ensuring all colleagues have the skills, motivation and opportunity to
develop and grow. This Committee has representatives from across
the business, including two members of the Management Committee.
Liontrust aims to address the needs and aspirations of all staff
through greater diversity and inclusion, work-life balance and
health and wellbeing policies and initiatives.
