Clinton’s brother, Tim Geeves, established Geeves Scaffolding
in 2009, together with Andrew Robertshawe. In 2014, seeing
the company’s potential, Clinton made the decision to leave
the public sector, where he was Deputy Director of the Office
of Treaty Settlements, and come on board as Commercial
Manager. In that role, he was responsible for pricing,
recruitment and developing the company’s safety focus. At that
point, the company had between 30 and 40 staff.
