Doug Randall had a dream more than 40 years ago. From the
humblest of roots, working from his own home, he built a family
of real estate companies across coastal New England. Today, the
company encompasses over 600 professionals in 35 offices from
Connecticut to Cape Cod, transacting $1.4 billion in annual sales.
Although a big company in some respects, the family culture
continues to resonate in all Company offices.

Mike Schlott joined the Randall Family of Companies in 2003
after serving as the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisition for
GMAC Real Estate. With a background in real estate franchising,
mortgage banking and residential real estate brokerage, Mike
brings a broad perspective to our company. Together, Mike and
Doug have grown The Randall Family of Companies into one of the
150 largest real estate firms in the country and have won awards
from Inc. Magazine, Real Trends and RIS Media. Like Doug, Mike is
most proud of the culture, dedication, and caring professionalism
of the people who make up The Randall Family of Companies.
