Intoduction
I worked in Banking for several years before establishing my
Recruitment business with my husband, Paul. Banking has
been transformed enormously with the introduction of various
technologies. People have a completely different relationship
with their banks and their expectations have shifted. Gone are
the days when one made a trip to their local branch on their
lunch break to fill out huge forms for what is a simple request
now. The days of instant transfers and pretty much instant
everything has arrived.
